Ryan has been involved with health and fitness for over 25 years. Starting with traditional martial arts training in his youth, and later through CrossFit™ and OPEX® Ryan has been learning, teaching, and helping others to teach through martial arts, fitness, and business most of his life. He has a passion for helping everyone from elite athletes to beginners find their true potential through physical practice, nutrition, and balanced lifestyle.

Lisa has a Community Health degree from St Cloud State University. She has been in the fitness world in some capacity all her life – from a three sport high school athlete, to marathons, duathlons, triathlons and eventually Ironman. Looking to bring a new aspect to her training, she started her CrossFit journey after finishing the Ironman. Lisa fell in love with the community and the strength she gained, which fueled her passion for helping others. As her youngest son started kindergarten she began coaching CrossFit where she developed her skills for over five years.
As her experience and knowledge of what it took to help clients be successful for the long-term grew, she started to look for additional resources to help her clients get the most out of their training. Lisa found OPEX when she started looking for more. With individual program design she is able to help others reach their true potential. She enjoys the personalized aspects of coaching and training that OPEX makes possible. For Lisa, there is nothing more rewarding than joining someone on their fitness journey.
Lisa and her husband have two very active sons. When she is not in the gym, you will find her at various sporting events cheering them on. As a family they stay active biking, wakeboarding, skiing and taking the dogs for walks.
