Join us for this in-depth workshop designed to help beginner and intermediate CrossFit athletes upgrade their understanding and practice of bodyweight gymnastics exercises such as:
- Core Control (hollow/arch)
- Toes to Bar
- Muscle Ups
and the progressions you need to work through on your way to mastering these fun movements that will push your strength, balance and coordination to the next level.
This course is taught by Coach Nikki who brings over 10 years gymnastics experience including coaching through USA Gymnastics, the MN High School League, and the CrossFit-Approved Gymnastics Trainer Course.
