Our CrossFit group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). CrossFit group classes are great because you don't have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you and keep the workouts varied and exciting.
At various times throughout the year, we offer strength programs for those specifically looking to improve their strength, muscle tone, and body composition through a strength-focused program.
At various times throughout the year, we offer aerobic conditioning programs for those specifically looking to improve their aerobic capacity, body composition, and ability to recover quickly through conditioning focused program.
Hybrid Individual Programming
Training times reserved for Custom/Individual Program Design clients to get feedback on their movements and workouts.
