This six week course will get you in shape while learning the foundational movements with the guidance of a Certified CrossFit Trainer.
COURSE DETAILS:
Kick-off Day:
Saturday, May 4th 9:30 AM. Plan for this to take 2 hours. We will perform a series of measurements and basic fitness evaluations so you can track your progress and compare your before/after results.
On-Site Training Days:
Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30PM – 7:30PM for the first TWO weeks.
After week two, our entire CrossFit schedule will open up to you. We have classes as early as 5AM and as late as 6:30PM, with plenty of options in between to fit your busy schedule.
Over the 6 weeks we will help you chart a course for achieving your goals whether they be: Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Increased Cardio/Endurance, Improved Flexibility, Added Strength, Improved Self-Control, or Greater Self-Confidence.
Test-Out Day:
Held during final class. Time to show off all your hard work and let your results shine through as we re-take measurements and re-test the fitness levels we tested on Kick-off Day!
WORKOUT STYLE:
Our primary workout of the day will comprise of combinations of strength and conditioning exercises employing body weight, kettlebells, pulling and climbing exercises, medicine balls, plyo-boxes, basic barbell training, shuttle runs, partner assisted exercises and many more.

-Skill training so you know exactly how to perform the days movements safely and effectively
-A workout that is constantly varied each class and building in intensity over the 6 weeks.

What to Bring:
Participants should be prepared with water, a workout towel and a good pair of shoes which you can safely exercise in.
COURSE COMPLETION:
You will have the option to join our CrossFit program which offers up to 30 CrossFit® class times per week. This 6 week Intro is a great chance to see if CrossFit is the right fit for you without having to commit to a membership.
